Remote Client Support Specialist - Beyond Seller Growth
Location: Remote (Philippines and South America preferred)
Compensation: $500 - $1,000 per month (USD)

Beyond Seller Growth is hiring a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our growing e-commerce services team. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our e-commerce seller clients
- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot account issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems
- Monitor client accounts for performance metrics and flag potential issues proactively
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions
- Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through our services
- Contribute to improving internal processes and knowledge base documentation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a strong plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools, helpdesk software, or ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
