Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Support: Promptly and professionally answer client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Manage Itineraries: Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and specialized travel requests to ensure their trip fits their exact needs.
Be the Destination Expert: Provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on destinations, travel documentation requirements, and agency protocols.
Ensure Seamless Journeys: Proactively follow up with clients to confirm upcoming travel plans and gather valuable post-trip feedback.
Solve Problems with Care: Address any travel disruptions or concerns efficiently and empathetically, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
