Remote Celebration and Leisure Travel Specialist Job

Mattis Travel is seeking an enthusiastic independent travel specialist to help clients celebrate life’s meaningful moments. The role focuses on milestone birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, group getaways, cruises, resort vacations, entertainment trips, and customized leisure travel.

You will learn about each client’s vision, research suitable experiences, prepare vacation proposals, coordinate approved reservations, explain payment and cancellation terms, and support travelers through every stage of their plans.

Requirements and skills:

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable computer, telephone, and internet service
Friendly and professional communication
Creativity and attention to detail
Customer-service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hospitality, event, travel, or sales experience is helpful

Eligible advisors may receive supplier training, destination certifications, flexible scheduling, booking resources, industry support, discounted personal travel, advisor rates, and familiarization-trip opportunities.

This is not an employee position. Compensation is based entirely on qualifying travel commissions, and no income or client volume is guaranteed. The $35,000–$70,000 range represents potential earnings. Discounts and travel opportunities depend on supplier eligibility, availability, and applicable requirements.
