RoofOhio Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Appointment Setter** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping homeowners schedule free roof inspections and consultations with our sales team. Your primary responsibility is to engage with leads, qualify their needs, and book appointments while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
* Contact prospective customers by phone, email, text message, and other communication channels.
* Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from homeowners.
* Qualify leads by understanding customers' roofing or exterior home improvement needs.
* Schedule free roof inspections and consultations for the sales team.
* Confirm appointments and send reminders to minimize cancellations.
* Update customer information accurately in the company's CRM system.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes.
* Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
* Provide exceptional customer service while representing the RoofOhio brand professionally.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, inside sales, or call center environments preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or home services.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
