Position Summary
We're hiring Remote Appointment Setters to cold call leads and book high-quality appointments for our Sales Closer team. This role is commission-only and best suited for driven, experienced setters who thrive on performance pay and want to grow in a high-ticket, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to qualified remodeling and home service business owners

Follow a proven script and appointment-setting framework (training provided)

Qualify prospects based on set criteria

Book prospects into strategy or discovery calls with our Sales Closers

Handle objections professionally and confidently

Follow up with warm leads via phone and SMS

Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking goals

Compensation Structure
Commission per booked appointment that shows

Weekly/monthly performance-based bonuses

OTE (On-Target Earnings):

Average Setters: $42,000–$60,000/year

Top Setters: $60,000–$100,000+/year

No income cap — performance = earnings

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Confidence and clarity on the phone

Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic

Access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet

Preferred:
CRM experience (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar)

Experience setting appointments for B2B high-ticket offers
