Remote Appointment Setter - $600 base + $120 per close (OTE $1,200-$1,500) Job

We run lead generation for tree service and home-service companies across the US (directphonecalls.com). Our texting campaigns bring in warm replies every day. Your job is to get on the phone fast, qualify the lead, and book them onto our closer's calendar. Fully remote.

What you'll do:
- Call warm leads who replied to our SMS campaigns (no cold lists)
- Qualify business owners in a short conversation
- Book qualified owners onto our closer's calendar
- Follow up on reschedules and no-shows

What we're looking for:
- Clear spoken English and real phone confidence
- Available during US business hours (Eastern Time)
- Consistent and coachable
- CRM experience helps (we use GoHighLevel) but isn't required

Pay: $600/month base, paid regardless of results, plus $120 for every deal that closes from your booked calls. Realistic on-target earnings are $1,200 to $1,500 per month. Base is paid monthly and commission is paid as deals close.
