Hours of operation: Monday to Friday (3-4 hours ) Flexible overtime allowed if interested and an additional compensation for weekend shifts (Sunday/Saturday)

I am looking for a smart, organized, focused, trustworthy and disciplined individual or persons interested in any of the following positions as stated above to join a dedicated online “Remote Hybrid Team/Company” in the United States and Canada
This is an online, full-time / part-time role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and a key support system to the management and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
· Remotely managing clients and inquiries
· Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
· Remotely maintaining clients-records and documentation
· Scheduling online appointments and meetings as at when necessary or told to
· Basic online records and inventory management
What I am looking for:
· A Fast learner with the ability to follow instructions swiftly and accordingly without any intentional mistakes
· Previous experience in any of the above positions as stated will be a plus, But (Not at all compulsory as you will be guided)
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Professional and cordial attitude
