Requirements:

Active RN license in Oregon

Minimum 6 months of nursing experience

BLS certification (Required)

Experience in long-term care settings preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and professional attitude

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care in long-term care facilities

Monitor patient health and record symptoms

Administer medications and treatments

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Follow care plans and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
