Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: 221 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $48.00/hour on W2 (No Benefits)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Duration: Up to 2 Years (Subject to staffing and operational needs)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and established clinical protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols.
Administer medications safely and accurately while monitoring patients for therapeutic effectiveness and potential side effects.
Perform patient assessments and document findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Deliver basic patient care, including blood glucose monitoring, wound care, and dressing changes.
Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatments, and overall care plans.
Respond to medical emergencies by performing Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and other emergency procedures as required.
Participate in emergency response activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Follow infection control, fall prevention, and patient safety protocols.
Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee or eligibility to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
One (1) year of professional Registered Nurse experience OR
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, OR
Diploma in Registered Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid driver's license may be required.
