Registered Nurse Job

One of our exclusive hospital partners in Nashua, NH is seeking Registered Nurses to start with their organization immediately. This is a permanent job with benefits. A $15k sign on bonus is available for experienced RNs.
Multiple shifts and departments available (Med/Surg, Senior Behavioral Health, Rehab, Critical Care Float Pool, PACU, OR, ER, ICU)! If you are looking for a change, we likely have a spot for you!
Please note: these are full time positions. We do not have part time roles available.
• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and psychological evaluations.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Associate degree in Nursing (or 3-year Diploma) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification required
• ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire
• 1-year previous nursing experience preferred
