We are seeking a Registered Agent in Oakland, CA to assist with business registration and the handling of official documents. As a Registered Agent, you will act as the official point of contact for government correspondence on behalf of our business.

In short, we are hiring you to receive business registration documents from the state. You will have no legal obligation to or ownership of the business.
Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain a physical address in California (P.O. Boxes not permitted)
✅ Receive and promptly forward official state correspondence
✅ Notify us of any received documents in a timely and confidential manner

✔ Must be a resident of Oakland, CA or have a registered business in the state
✔ Physical address required (no P.O. Boxes)
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents
Verification & Agreement:
To verify your address, we will ask you to provide a photo of a piece of mail, like a physical copy or a PDF of your utility bill, that must have
1) your name and
2) your address
Next, we will send you an agreement permitting us to use your address for business registration purposes.
P.S.: Your name and address will not appear publicly anywhere once you agree. Using your address will be for business registration only and will be kept private.
