Regional Payments & Finance Coordinator – Remote Opportunity Job

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Regional Payments & Finance Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity for a motivated professional who can coordinate payment activities, maintain accurate financial records, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure transactions are handled efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payments, finance, accounting, accounts payable, banking operations, or administrative coordination and be comfortable handling confidential financial information.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor regional payment activities and schedules.
Review payment requests, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
Track incoming and outgoing transactions and maintain organized records.
Communicate with vendors, clients, financial institutions, and internal departments.
Investigate payment discrepancies and assist with timely resolution.
Prepare payment reports, reconciliations, and routine financial documentation.
Maintain accurate records within company systems and spreadsheets.
Follow established payment procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
Support the finance and operations teams with additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in payments, finance, accounting, banking, accounts payable, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience with payment processing, financial reconciliation, ERP/accounting software, banking platforms, or accounts payable systems is a plus.
