Ensure Project Success: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards – with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Grow Our US Business: Develop strategic plans to expand our market share, leveraging data and insights to identify new opportunities.
Manage Resources Effectively: Work with the regional budget, providing clear and insightful reports to senior leadership.
Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify challenges and implement creative solutions – you’ll be the go-to person for resolving issues and keeping things moving forward.
What We Need From You:
5+ years of experience in a managerial role, with a preference for leadership experience within teams.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals – you’re a results-driven leader.
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills – you can clearly articulate your vision and make sound judgments.
The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a remote environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
