Regional Logistics & Local Route Assistant (Part-Time / Remote) Job

We are looking for self-motivated Local Route Assistants to handle on-the-ground tasks across select metropolitan hubs in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio) and Florida (Miami, Orlando, Tampa).

In this role, you will act as our local operational representative—handling store pickups, loading cargo, and conducting last-mile delivery drop-offs within your local area. You will work independently in the field while coordinating remotely with our office team.

What You’ll Do:
- Pickups & Loading: Retrieve packages, equipment, or merchandise from local retail stores, warehouses, and partner locations.
- Local Transport: Transport materials across town to specified delivery points or customer sites.
- Unloading & Verification: Carefully unload items upon arrival and confirm all goods match delivery orders via simple mobile app check-ins.
- Coordination: Communicate regularly with management to report completed tasks and maintain schedule accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:
- US Citizenship Required.
- Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Clean Background Check: Must pass a standard criminal history screening.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, and carry goods up to 40–50 lbs.
- Location: Must live directly within or near one of our target metro areas in TX or FL.
- No prior experience required—reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are what matter most.

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
- Hours: Part-Time (~5 hours per week) with flexible task scheduling.
