Hourly Salary: $42.00 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: Forty (40)

Our technicians specifically perform of the following duties:
• Work with the team to read and interpret specifications.
• Work with the team to measure and lay out the physical system installation plans.
• Work with the team to assemble / install refrigeration or air conditioning components such as motors, controls, gauges, valves, circulating pumps, condensers, humidifiers, evaporators, and compressors.
• Work independently to measure and cut piping, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Operate various tests to confirm quality of work-product.
• Fine tune systems and perform routine maintenance or servicing, as required.
• Work with team to source, repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump / systems.
• Work with management to prepare work estimates for clients.
• Treat customers with a “customer is always right approach” while educating them on our methods, systems and technologies.

• At least four (4) years of experience in:
o Testing and fine-tuning heating ventilation and air-conditioning systems / performing maintenance check-ups.
o Installing, troubleshooting and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
o Laying out installation plans.
o Measuring and cutting piping.
o Dealing directly with customers while carrying out the above.
