Position Overview:
• Permanent, Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Location: Stoney Creek (Travel to
Client job sites throughout the GTA)
• Wage: $42.25 -$48.50 per hours
• 3 weeks vacation
• Benefits and RRSP match program after
6 months
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration & AC Mechanic to join our team. This role demands a high level of proficiency and adaptability in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
• Understanding all types of
refrigeration and AC equipment
• Be able to relay this information to
team members
• Be able to relay this information to
customers
• Engage with customers to understand
their needs and recommend appropriate
solutions
• Be able to price jobs correctly and be
held accountable for profit and loss
on these jobs
• Extensive knowledge of the equipment
being supplied to customers
• Sell to new and different customers
when the opportunity arises
• Being the most knowledgeable person in
the room on equipment such as VRV’s,
VRF’s, walk in coolers, walk in
freezers, rack systems, pharmaceutical
refrigeration, ducted splits, ductless
splits, make up air units, air
handling unit’s
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,
and Word for various administrative
tasks, including reporting and
documentation.

apprenticeship program or a
combination of over seven years of
work experience and industry courses
in refrigeration and air conditioning
repair
• Trade certification is an asset.
• Proven experience in water cooled
condensing units, air cooled units,
indoor condensing units, walk in
freezers, walk in coolers, R290,
Pharmaceutical refrigeration, VRF,
VRV, ducted splits, ductless splits,
air handling units, make up air units,
Rack systems, Emerson, Daikin,
Mitsubishi, LG, Keeprite and KE2
controllers and select centralized
controllers
• Ability to adapt to changing
circumstances and handle high-pressure
situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both
written and verbal, to liaise with
customers and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word for basic
administrative tasks.
• Be on call
• Research and develop new and low GWP
systems
• Refrigeration and A/C apprenticeship
completion or equivalent.
