- Evaluate each client's physical comfort, stress levels, and overall wellness before providing treatment.
- Deliver reflexology treatments using thumb and finger pressure techniques on the feet, hands, ears, and face.
- Help clients reduce stress, ease muscle tension, promote relaxation, and improve circulation through reflexology therapy.
- Provide clients with wellness tips and healthy lifestyle recommendations to support their long-term wellbeing.
