Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Staffing & Recruitment Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:

Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Facilitate background checks and document verifications.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Provide regular reports on hiring progress to leadership.
Employer Branding:

Work on enhancing the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Manage job postings, career pages, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in staffing and recruitment, preferably in [specific industry].
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), MS Office, and recruitment tools.
