Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this full-time position will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring candidates for job openings. The candidate will also assist with the entire hiring process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
This position requires 100% in-office attendance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify the specific needs and requirements for open positions
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards and company websites
- Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications
- Arrange and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and experience
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to help them acclimate to the company culture and policies

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess:
- A degree in Business Administration, with a major in HR
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, checking references, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong communication skills with external customers as well as various levels of management
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to tight deadlines
- Flexibility in adapting to a fast-paced environment
