Job Description:
• Assist the HR Manager in identifying current and future staffing needs to ensure alignment with Liuyishou’s North American operational goals and workforce strategies.
• Support drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews to maintain an efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct outreach to potential candidates to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide clear and accurate information to job applicants regarding employment requirements, terms, and conditions while addressing basic inquiries about opportunities within the organization.
• Support the evaluation and selection process by coordinating interviews, assessment boards, and related administrative tasks under the guidance of senior HR leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate inventories, hiring reports, and Health and Safety documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Provide administrative assistance for staff consultation and grievance resolution processes to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of employment standards, labor laws, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes.
