Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Skills and Experience requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, experience recruiting for the automotive industry is preferred
• Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A customer first attitude and a willingness to work with multiple internal and external customers.
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, problem solving, and teamwork skills combined with a high level of ability to work independently.
• In depth knowledge of HRIS systems and use of the full Microsoft 360 suite.
• Highly proficient with an ATS systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Report to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of roles.
• Identify current and prospective strong requirements
• Prepare and post notices and advertisements
• Collect and screen applicants
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
• Review candidate inventories
• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
• Develop specific plans to prioritize
