We are expanding our team and seeking a Recruitment Officer to support our talent acquisition needs as our company grows.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with Clean Line’s values and goals.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further interview stages.
Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding for various positions within the company.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate reports on recruitment activities.
Foster positive candidate experiences through clear communication and a professional recruitment process.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Post secondary graduation in related field is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively.
Proficiency in recruitment software, social media recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes concurrently.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting company growth.
