Job Description:
The Recruitment Assistant will support consultants and partners in the execution of executive search assignments and recruitment projects. Responsibilities include:
•
Posting job opportunities on company website, job boards, and social platforms.
•
Managing applicant tracking system (ATS): updating candidate records, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
•
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between clients, candidates, and consultants.
•
Preparing recruitment documents such as job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate briefs.
•
Communicating with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
•
Conducting online research to support sourcing and market intelligence.
•
Providing administrative support, including document preparation, proofreading, and calendar management.
•

Job Requirements:
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
•
1–2 years of experience in administration, HR, or recruitment support (internships and co-op experience welcome).
•
Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline is an asset.
•
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and adaptable to technologies such as MS Teams, LinkedIn, Zoom, and AI platforms.
•
Strong organizational skills with ruthless prioritization, impeccable attention to detail, and strategic multitasking.
•
Ability to think big picture, anticipate needs, and act quickly and decisively.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and discretion.
•
Comfortable communicating through email, phone, and video platforms.
•
Highly motivated, self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness; resilient with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
•
