Job Description:

- Position: Recruiting Manager (NOC 10011)
- Employer: Torus Talent Consultants Ltd.

- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $58.17 per hour
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation and group benefits plan after the successful completion of probation period

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the company’s recruitment operations to deliver staffing solutions for client businesses.
• Develop and implement recruitment policies, strategies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices.
• Advise client companies on workforce planning, staffing strategies, and compliance with employment standards.
• Oversee and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Supervise and provide guidance to recruitment staff, ensuring effective performance, training, and adherence to company policies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Monitor labour market trends and adjust recruitment strategies and policies to remain competitive.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, staffing metrics, and workforce planning to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial labour legislation, immigration regulations, and workplace diversity initiatives.

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial relations, commerce, psychology, or another related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum three years of experience as a human resource specialist is required.
