What You’ll Do

Lead and manage all recruitment activities

Design creative hiring strategies to attract top talent

Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates

Partner with management to forecast hiring needs

Build employer branding and improve recruitment processes

Oversee onboarding and team integration

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong people-management and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

Background in education or consulting is a plus
