Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team and help us hire skilled workers for our painting and exterior renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles, including painters, construction workers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled tradespeople and support staff.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions such as painters, carpenters, laborers, and office staff.
Manage job postings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company.
Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, employment agencies, and industry networks.
Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Coordinator, preferably in the construction, painting, or renovation industry.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Experience hiring skilled laborers, tradespeople, and administrative staff.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Understanding of labor laws and industry-specific hiring requirements.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
