About the Role
We’re looking to partner with experienced recruiters who enjoy owning full-cycle searches and working in a flexible, remote environment. This is a freelance / 1099 opportunity, ideal for recruiters looking to add additional income or build a long-term recruiting partnership.
We’re also open to training motivated, entry-level talent. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are:

You’ll work on active roles across healthcare, IT, and professional/scientific functions, with the autonomy to grow at your own pace while being supported by our team.
What You’ll Do
Support or run full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Proactively source and engage candidates using your network and creative sourcing strategies
Screen and assess candidates for active roles
Present qualified candidates to the internal team and clients
Partner closely with our team to align on priorities, timelines, and candidate pipelines
Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates
Experience in Healthcare, IT, Life Sciences, or Professional Services is a strong plus
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
Able to dedicate 10–20 hours per week
Organized, responsive, and motivated to learn and grow
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
