Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Unlimited Healthcare Provider Inc., located in Central Florida.
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiter will be required to make home visits for client meetings and employee consultations. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, create job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be located in Central Florida, United States
Ability to start immediately
