We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer to join our team at Realtour. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content of properties, amenities, and events for marketing and advertising purposes. Your photographs will help showcase our properties in the best possible light, driving engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photographs of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and amenities.
2. Work closely with the Marketing team to understand visual requirements and branding guidelines.
3. Scout locations, plan shoots, and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient and effective photography sessions.
4. Edit and retouch photographs to ensure they meet Realtour's visual standards.
5. Collaborate with agents, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure access to properties and necessary information.

1. 2+ years of experience in photography, preferably in real estate or a related field.
2. Portfolio showcasing high-quality, visually appealing photographs.
3. Proficiency in photography software, such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
4. Excellent composition, lighting, and editing skills.
5. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
6. Ability to lift and transport photography equipment (up to 25 lbs).
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Photography or related field preferred.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with drone photography or videography.
2. Knowledge of real estate marketing and advertising principles.
