Job Overview:

Payflex is looking for an Outside Sales Agent to boost sales of our POS systems and hardware. This role requires travel to different cities to meet with business owners who have already spoken with our inside sales team, while also generating own leads through local outreach and cold visits to businesses. The job is to show up in person, give a simple demo of our POS system, explain key features and benefits and help close the deal. Requirements:

Preferred outdoor sales experience.
Familiarity with POS systems & hardware is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person sales visits to potential business owners to showcase POS systems & hardware.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Maintain strong follow up after conducting appointments to ensure timely conversion.
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective lead conversion and relationship building.
Do cold visits and walk-ins and produce own leads as well
