RECRUITEMENT SPECIALIST-ZONE PLACEMENTS
Location: 45 Woodbine Downs Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6N5
Salary: $34.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Evening, Morning
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Tasks: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applicants, Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, Review candidate inventories, Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions, Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail.
Personal suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player.
