Job Description:
• Digitize and archive physical records into secure and searchable digital repositories.
• Manage the full lifecycle of records from creation, classification, and active use through to
secure storage, retention, and final disposition.
• Maintain compliance with records retention and disposition schedules and ensure proper
archiving practices.
• Administer and manage SharePoint environments, including:
o Creating and configuring new sites and document libraries.
o Managing user permissions and access controls.
o Troubleshooting issues and providing SharePoint support for staff.
• Use the Office 365 Admin Portal to manage SharePoint permissions and integrations.
• Support therapists by maintaining accurate case notes, assessments, and records.
• Ensure structured and confidential recordkeeping for children with special needs.
• Manage and provide support with donor records with Donor Management Software.
• Maintain student records and schedules using School Cloud or similar systems.
• Provide general IT support related to document systems and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure confidentiality, data privacy, and information security best practices are always upheld.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in records management, information technology,
library/information science, or a related field; and experience in a similar role.
