• Greet Customers and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Provide basic information to customers
• Responsible for registering guests, verifying their information, and providing room keys duringcheck-in
• Take reservations over the phone, in person, or through online booking systems
• Provide accurate information and assist guests with any questions or requests they may have
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members
• Responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
•Provide directory assistance
