Receptionist – NOC: 14101 Job

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. The receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities
• Graciously greet and welcome clients with exceptional warmth and professionalism
• Answer calls and manage inquiries with patience, warmth, and clarity
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a polite manner
• Ensure that everyone who enters feels genuinely valued and cared for
