Receptionist Job

¡ñ Welcome parents, children, and visitors to the daycare center, guide them to the appropriate classrooms, staff, or area, and provide general information about daycare services and policies.
¡ñ Schedule parent-teacher conferences, enrollment tours, and other appointments using manual or computerized systems.
¡ñ Record childcare bookings, process payments, issue receipts for tuition or other fees, and manage financial transactions securely.
¡ñ Ensure front desk security by monitoring visitor access and maintaining up-to-date visitor logs.
¡ñ Answer phone calls and email inquiries from parents and guardians, providing information about daycare policies, activities, or updates, and relay messages to the appropriate staff.

¡ñ Completion of secondary school is required.
¡ñ Working experience as a receptionist or similar role is required.
¡ñ Proficiency in computer skills and MS software suit.
¡ñ High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
¡ñ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
¡ñ Capable of handling diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
¡ñ High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
¡ñ Friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
