Canada Tire Pro Corp.is hiring a receptionist (full-time position) to join our team!

Position: Receptionist (NOC 14101)
Terms of Employment: 2 years, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Hourly Wage: $20 to $22 per hour (Depends on Experience)
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 4420 10 St NE, Calgary AB T2E 6K3
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Provide basic information about services offered and answer customer inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
• Handle customer complaints and/or direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, and filing
• Maintain organized work records and logs
• Process payments and receipts accurately
• Calculate billing charges
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: will train
• Experience as an asset
• Ability to build a good relationship with customers
• Well organized; client focus; team player
Language:
• English required
