Receiving Supervisor Job

Durock has been a prominent Canadian family-owned business for over 40 years, renowned for manufacturing high-quality products in Exterior Insulation Finish Systems and Specialty Coatings for floors and walls. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Duties:
Coordinate activities with various departments or work units.
Supervise, plan, assign, and oversee the work of clerks engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials, parts, and products.
Process purchasing transactions, coordinate production work, dispatch crews, and schedule transportation routes.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
Resolve work-related issues and provide guidance to subordinates.
Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with safety and security policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
Plan, organize, and manage operational logistics efficiently.

Completion of a post-secondary education program.
2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with Voxme Software is considered an asset.
Availability for flexible hours and weekend shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
