Real Estate Research Coordinator Position

We expect the successful candidate to play a meaningful role in producing and consolidating research findings for our management team in the given report format. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, possess strong analytical skills and communication skills and have a genuine interest in Real Estate.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Understanding todays Real Estate Market through in-depth examination
Tuning into the market, reading reports and providing the team with data and market intel
Developing and maintaining comparative data
Ability to analyze data and format information to produce reports
Ability to identify supplemental information related to the research report
Develop and complete multiple reports for clients & internal purposes
Reporting monthly sales data to Industry Research Companies
Comparative Reports on various markets
Distributing Monthly & Sub-Market Reports
Market Research for articles & reports
Conducting Site Shops
Updating the SharePoint
Sending Eblasts
Completing additional reports as necessary
Assisting with head office jobs as appointed

Qualifications:
Prior Related Experience:

Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset
Experience in a research/analytics role would be an asset
Educational Requirements

Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma required
