Our client, a respected mid-sized firm in Markham, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their thriving practice. The ideal candidate will handle a mix of residential and commercial real estate transactions, providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial purchase, sale, and refinancing transactions.
Review, draft, and negotiate Agreements of Purchase and Sale.
Advise clients on title issues, easements, and related real estate matters.
Supervise law clerks and support staff through all stages of closing.
Communicate with lenders, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure seamless closings.
