REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk in a Law Firm setting.

Ability to manage file start to finish

Residential, Commercial and Private Lending

In-depth understanding of Real Estate and Land Development Legislation

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Law Clerk certification or relevant legal education preferred.

Law Clerk certification or relevant legal education preferred. 5 years +
