Position Overview
The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing property acquisitions that align with our investment strategy. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, real estate knowledge, and analytical skills to identify high-potential investment opportunities and convert leads into closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source off-market and on-market real estate opportunities, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, wholesalers, and other industry contacts.
Conduct property evaluations, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms with property owners and brokers.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth acquisition and closing processes.
Maintain a pipeline of potential acquisitions and track progress through CRM systems.
Attend networking events, auctions, and real estate meetups to generate leads and strengthen company visibility.
Monitor local market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to inform acquisition strategy.
