Real Estate Analyst Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial data to evaluate the financial viability of various properties. This role involves determining potential cash flow, return on investment, and studying market trends. The Real Estate Analyst will work closely with the Market Researcher to support property financing, acquisition, and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze properties’ historical revenues, demographic research, economic conditions, market trends, and financial situations.
• Provide financial analysis to support the financing, acquisition, marketing, and leasing of properties.
• Prepare projections of revenues for various development scenarios.
• Develop reports for estate planning and strategic decision-making.
• Research market trends and statistics to determine optimal property usage.
• Analyze acquisition requirements and offer strategic recommendations.
• Utilize IT tools, templates, and checklists to create standardized financial packages.
• Compile and analyze budget and financial data to produce trend and variance analyses, including visualizations.
