HFM Realty is seeking new and experienced real estate agents to join our office. We provide a full real estate service for buyers and sellers looking to buy or sell a home. Career individuals may apply for either a full-time or part-time position, your own hours and days will be supported. Low-cost agency fees, full agency support, and training will be provided. You must have a valid real estate sales license and the ability to self-manage and provide clients with a professional attitude and exceptional HFM real estate service.

Qualifications:
* Must have a real estate license and have experience selling real estate.
* Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
* Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
* On-point and responsive with clients and customers.
* Utilize technology, computers, printers, scanners, email, cell phones, and applications.
* Willing to receive training and one-on-one coaching and support check-ins.
* Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
* Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
