• Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $35.40~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising
• Assign employees to duties and establish work schedules
• Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests or complaints
• Involve in hiring and training new sales staff, and monitor staff performance
• Ensure the maintenance of the store, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness
Job requirements:
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
