Shiprock, New Mexico | On-Site | Full-Time Contract | $42–$60/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist – CT for a long-term, 1-year contract at a federal healthcare facility in Shiprock, New Mexico.
This is an on-site opportunity for a qualified technologist experienced in CT and diagnostic radiography*who can provide high-quality imaging services in hospital, emergency, trauma, ICU, inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
Compensation & Benefits
$42–$60/hour
* Approximately $87,000–$125,000/year
* Full-time, 1-year contract
* Up to $2,000 relocation assistance
* Health insurance
* Monday–Friday schedule
* On-call rotation
Schedule
**Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM**
Additional on-call rotation may include:
* Weeknights
* Weekends
* Holidays
* 2-hour response requirement
Key Responsibilities
* Perform CT and diagnostic radiographic examinations according to established protocols.
* Provide imaging services for inpatient, outpatient, emergency, trauma, ICU, and surgical patients.
* Operate CT and radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
* Follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures.
* Verify patient identity, clinical information, and examination requirements.
* Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Provide timely imaging support in emergency and trauma situations.
* Follow facility policies, clinical protocols, and federal healthcare requirements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements:
* 2+ years of clinical Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist experience with CT
* Current, unrestricted ARRT Radiography (R) registration
* Current, unrestricted ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) registration
* Current BLS certification
* Valid authorization to work in the United States
* Willingness to work 100% on-site in Shiprock, New Mexico
* Ability to participate in the required on-call rotation
* Ability to meet the facility's 2-hour response requirement
* Ability to successfully complete facility credentialing and security-clearance requirements
Preferred Experience
* Hospital-based CT experience
* Emergency and trauma imaging
* ICU imaging
* Surgical imaging
* Rural/community healthcare experience
* Federal healthcare experience

A 90-day probationary period applies, subject to facility credentialing and security-clearance requirements.
