Quality Systems Specialist - Electronic Batch Records Job

Zoetis, Inc, Review and Approve: Reviewing and approving electronic batch record templates, including a technical review of the build and associated parameters. Additionally, ensuring the final approval of user roles, maintaining compliance with Zoetis and regulatory standards. Quality Oversite: Overseeing the deployment and integration of the electronic batch record system across the organization to ensure alignment with Quality Systems and compliance with regulatory standards. System Maintenance and Improvement: Ensuring the EBR system is maintained, updated, and continuously improving to meet regulatory and operational requirements. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring all batch records comply with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards. Conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Training and Support: Providing training and support to staff on the use of the EBR system. Developing training materials and conducting workshops as needed. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Validation, Production, Quality Assurance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the EBR system. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues related to the EBR system promptly and effectively. Site System Administrator: Developing and overseeing overall system procedures. Approving and assigning system roles and ensuring compliance. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related and 5 years of experience required.
