Quality Specialist Job

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:

• Analyze quality requirements, internal procedures, and recurring issues to improve and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Investigate internal and external quality complaints, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions and escalation to senior management.
• Develop and implement quality assurance plans by conducting risk and hazard analyses and establishing preventive and corrective controls across manufacturing processes.
• Validate and monitor quality processes by defining product specifications and quality attributes and performing operational and performance qualifications using SAP and MES.
• Review and approve supplier claims related to warranty costs, customer defects, production downtime, and incoming material defects using SAP-based cost and defect records.
• Review automotive parts design specifications from a quality and manufacturability perspective to ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct product testing and validation activities and analyze MES production data to identify quality risks related to design, materials, and product life cycle.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, metrics, and audit documentation to support quality assurance, continuous improvement, and audit readiness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Materials) or a related field, with a focus on quality management.
• At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, including practical use of SAP and MES systems.
