Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control & Customer Response
• Quality Issue Management: Manage product quality issues for HKMC NA and interface directly with the client's quality department.
• Process Improvement: Oversee in-process and pre-shipment final quality inspections; manage quality data and execute corrective actions for non-conformities.
• System Operations: Maintain and manage operations based on Quality Management Systems (such as IATF 16949).

2. Sales Support & Customer Coordination
• Client Interface: Support sales operations for HKMC NA and handle day-to-day customer coordination.
• Process Management: Oversee Purchase Order (PO) processing, shipment coordination, and sales administration (quotations, contracts, and related documentation).

3. Strategic Cost & Profitability Management
• Cost Saving: Monitor production and warehouse operational expenses to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Cost Structuring: Analyze industry trends to design optimal cost structures and conduct detailed profitability analysis.

4. Market Research & New Business Development
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the North American automotive industry and analyze relevant quality and sales metrics.
• Project Pipeline: Identify new project opportunities and establish optimization strategies for CKD (Complete Knock-Down) and raw material supply chains.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in quality control and sales within the automotive industry.
• Core Competencies:
o Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
o Strong sales management mindset and capability in cost structuring.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Language & Communication: Strong business communication skills for strategic negotiation and coordination with clients and partners.
