Job Title: Quality Manager

Department: Quality Assurance

Reports To: COO

Summary:

The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality of all products and services provided by the EMS company. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, and conducting audits and reviews. The Quality Manager also works with other departments to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance programs and initiatives
Conduct audits and reviews of EMS operations
Develop and implement corrective action plans
Work with other departments to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Provide training and education to EMS staff on quality assurance principles and practices
Represent the EMS company on quality assurance committees and task forces
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, electronics manufacturing, or a related field
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
