Quality Manager / Food Safety Coordinator Job

We are looking for a Quality Manager / Food Safety Coordinator to lead and structure our
quality and food safety systems for our food-grade soybean operations.
You will be responsible for implementing and managing quality systems, including:
- Developing and implementing HACCP plans
- Leading the implementation of FSSC 22000 certification
- Establishing and maintaining quality control and analysis plans for food-grade
soybeans
- Monitoring product quality throughout production and shipments
- Managing documentation and traceability systems
- Handling customer quality inquiries and claims
- Working closely with production, logistics, and management teams
- Coordinating with international teams and customers
This is a key role in structuring and elevating our food safety and quality standards.

Profile We’re Looking For

- Experience in food safety / quality management (agri-food or grain industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (FSSC 22000 is a plus)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work hands-on in an industrial environment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- French is a strong plus
- Self-driven and proactive mindset
